Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the Mattkobi Global AI website, demo-booking services, communications, and AI automation services. Mattkobi Global AI is operated by Mattkobi Global AI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. A separately accepted written service agreement or order controls if it conflicts with these general Terms.

1. Eligibility and business use

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a business, you represent that you have authority to do so. Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. What we provide

Our services may include lead-capture tools, missed-call follow-up, appointment booking, CRM workflows, AI-assisted communications, and related implementation or support. The features, integrations, setup scope, and service limits included in your purchase are those stated in your accepted order or agreement.

Demo appointments are informational. Booking a free demo does not itself create a paid subscription. Examples and demonstrations are illustrative; they do not guarantee revenue, bookings, response times, or compatibility with every third-party system.

3. Trials, subscriptions, and payment

Trial duration, recurring charges, billing frequency, included usage, and any setup or additional usage fees must be disclosed in the offer or checkout you accept. A paid subscription or recurring charge requires your authorization. Any automatic renewal or trial-to-paid conversion is governed by the terms disclosed and accepted at enrollment and by applicable law.

Use the cancellation method in your agreement or account, or contact [email protected] for assistance. Cancellation takes effect under the terms of the accepted plan. Refund eligibility is governed by your accepted agreement and applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use the services lawfully. Do not send spam, impersonate others, distribute harmful content, access accounts without permission, or interfere with service security.
• Only provide data you are authorized to use. Obtain required notices, permissions, and consents before sending messages, placing automated calls, recording calls, or processing information about your customers.
• Review AI-generated responses, appointment settings, routing rules, and important outputs for accuracy. You remain responsible for your business’s promises and customer service.
• Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information or use ordinary intake forms to transmit payment-card numbers, passwords, or regulated records.

6. Scheduling and third-party services

Use the reschedule or cancellation link provided with your appointment, or contact us if you need help. Calendar, email, SMS, payment, conferencing, and other integrations depend on third-party systems. Their separate terms may apply, and outages or changes can affect availability.

7. AI limitations and emergencies

AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be checked before you rely on it. Our services are not emergency-response services, and automated messages do not confirm that a dry-cleaner or other service provider has been dispatched. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

8. Intellectual property and customer data

We and our licensors retain rights in our software, website, branding, and service materials. Your subscription permits use only within its agreed scope. You retain rights in information and materials you provide. You authorize us and our service providers to process them as needed to deliver the agreed services, subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and permitted, we will notify you. Ending a service does not remove payment obligations already incurred or other obligations that should reasonably continue afterward.

10. Service limitations

Services depend on systems that may experience interruptions or errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or particular business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Liability limits in your accepted service agreement apply only to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes to an existing paid agreement will be handled under that agreement and applicable law. Unless your written agreement states otherwise, New Mexico law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
